Traveling through the desert, on my way to Phoenix and everything seemed fine. Then suddenly it wasn’t. I don’t know if it was the 17 hours I had already spent in the car driving from Texas, but my back was killing me.

I had been shifting around in my seat a bit, hoping things would get better. I remember my chiropractor telling me to give myself more posture support on long drives, so I tried that.

It helped for awhile, but things were just too bad when I was going through Ahwatukee. I have no idea what that means, there is a lot of native-american influence still in Arizona, so I’m sure it has something to do with that.

RELIEVING THE PRESSURE
